About me

Professionally, I'm just a software engineer.

But outside work hours, my focus goes mostly towards video-games, anime/manga and drawing.

Drawing-wise, I'm still just a bellow-average hobbyist artist, so bear with me. I'm trying to improve over time though!

Either way, there are also times I mess around with home-labbing, game development, eletronic repairs/mods, plus a bunch of other minor things.

And now this website is another one in the group of hobbies!

Motivation behind this website

For one, learning. At work I'm developing a large-scale website, with lots of moving parts. This little website of mine is an attempt to better learn the inner workings of such projects. Particular highlights of things I've learned so far include website deployments to the internet, and Docker.

Besides learning, I also have been wanting to have a personal site to post anything I feel like. Social media, in theory, would do the trick. But I find social media these days to be far too stresful. Plus I like to own my things (see: my home-labbing hobby). So a personal website just felt right.

Also, kudos to Konato's Dance of the Stylus website, which was a big inspiration for me, and what gave me motivation to kick-start this website.

Since I kinda like 3x3s as a very easy and quick glance into a person's preferences, here's mine for games and for anime.
